Title My Infinity

The painting visualises the complex relationship of the human and its interactions with society and the natural environment. We reflect the change of lights and colours in our surroundings, incorporate our outside through breathing and at the same time we isolate our vulnerable inner self from it. Physical layers have barrier and adaptive functions, helping us exist in our environment. Social layers (behaviour, gestures, appearance etc.) alter how the observer perceives us and let us function in our society.  Ageing, visible and imperceptible scars and marks throughout our body are witnesses of time and experience.
I am interested in involving the viewer in making art more interactive and accessible to learn more about society.

“During my OFCAD year I have gained confidence in using various materials and methods to express my ideas and interests. Sketchbooks helped me record my ideas and experiments. My love of colour and colour mixing is now strongly supported by colour theory which enabled me to indicate depth and mood in my artwork.”
